SOPAC Goes Red For Women Feb 5 & 6
Together with the American Heart Association, SOPAC will Go Red For Women February 5th and 6th!
February 5th is the Seventh Annual National Wear Red Day for Women - a massive national public awareness day urging women, people from all walks of life, businesses, towns, schools, the media, buildings and landmarks to "go red" and "glow red" to bring attention to the No. 1 killer of females - cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular diseases claim more women's lives annually than the next five causes of death combined.
On February 5th and 6th, SOPAC will "glow red" to show its commitment to reducing risk, improving health and saving women's lives. Stop by and check out SOPAC's new glow those two days!
SOPAC is urging all audience members of Forbidden Broadway on February 6 to wear something red...a red dress, tie, jacket, scarf, hat, blouse or shirt! Additionally, Go Red For Women pins can be purchased at the performance to directly support the cause!
