Integrating pop, folk, country and more into her musical mix, Marianne Keith crosses musical boundaries much like the diverse female musicians who inspire her, such as Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos, and KT Tunstall. Keith recently released her album, Beautiful Distraction on Unison Music with producers Bruce Witkin and Ryan Dornan. The album is an engaging debut of introspective sentiments, pop sensibilities, picturesque emotions, and keen sense of melody. Illustrated by excellent musical arrangements, Keith’s powerful voice, great guitar skills and her piano playing passion, the album features hit songs such as “Kiss Me in the Rain” and “The Angry Song.”
